Free Shipping on orders over $125

We do our best to ship orders ASAP.  Orders are packed and shipped within 24-48 business hours Monday-Friday.

Orders after noon on Friday will not be shipped until Monday or the the next business day if Monday is a holiday. 

Orders are not shipped over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the days specified in your chosen shipping method after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 623-298-4766 or by email at danica@pinkhousetreasures.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.  DM via instagram is not the fastest way to reach us, please call or email instead.
