Returns & Exchanges

We're an independently owned, locally owned, women owned small business and we want to make sure you're happy with your purchase and find the perfect fit! We are a small business with a retail store in Glendale, AZ.  Our inventory for the website is sold in our store and also pulled from our sales floor to fulfill online orders.  

Our Store Policies are made with you in mind, here's some helpful information to help you place your order, and our return/exchange policy.

We highly recommend you become familiar with our policies before placing your order with us.  If you're in doubt about what size to order, we encourage you to reach out to us for guidance so we get it right the first time and avoid any frustrations! 

You can call us at 623-298-4766 during business hours posted on our home page to talk to someone- whether it's to ask if an item is running big or small, or if you want us to measure a waistband or provide a chest measurement on a dress or top for you, or if you want to know how much stretch a dress has or how it compares to sizing on another brand.

In-store & Online Orders

In-Store Return Policy

7 Days for returns or exchanges on new & unused full price items.  Garments must have all original tags attached and be accompanied by a receipt.  Once we receive your item back we will issue a merchandise store credit (excluding shipping) or an exchange for the right size or another item.  Sorry no refunds.

 

Online Shipping returns and exchanges

  • Regular clothing purchases have a 7 day return policy from the day it is received.  Please contact us to initiate return/exchange process and to receive a return authorization.  When shipping an item back to us please use a trackable shipping method to send back your item, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Once we receive your item back we will issue a store credit or an exchange for the right size or another item.  Sorry no refunds.

 

Items not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Discounted merchandise, Sale merchandise, and Clearance merchandise is a final sale.  No returns, no refunds, no exchanges.  Once it's yours, it's yours!
  • Earrings, corsets, underwear are all a final sale.  No returns, no refunds, no exchanges.  Once it's yours, it's yours!
  • Vintage and resale (used) items are all a final sale.  No returns, no refunds, no exchanges.  Once it's yours, it's yours!
  • No returns or exchange on worn merchandise
  • No returns or exchange on merchandise with original tags removed
  • No refunds for shipping charges unless we shipped something in error
  • No refunds on items purchased in person for any reason
  • No returns, no exchanges, no store credit for purchases more than 7 days old in-store or 7 days from the day you received the item
